THE NEW MOTORCYCLE TEST THE NEW MOTORCYCLE TEST WILL COME INTO FORCE "GO LIVE" AS OF MARCH 30TH 2009  THE NEW STYLE TEST HAS BEEN PUT BACK BY 6 MONTHS.  ALL THE NEW MPTC (Multi purpose Test Centres)  SITES SHOULD BE READY BY THIS NEW DATE.  OUR LOCAL MPTC CENTRE IS READY AND ONLY STONES THROW AWAY FROM OUR TRAINING SCHOOL. OUR NEW TEST CENTRE WILL RUN THE EXISTING OLD STYLE TEST UNTIL THE NEW DATE IN 2009.  !!!!UPDATE!!!!  SEE THE PICS BELOW OF THE NEW OFFROAD ELEMENT OF THE NEW TEST REMEMBER!!!! , THE NEW TEST HAS NOW BEEN PUT BACK FOR 6 MONTHS  please note that in the piture below this is the right circuit there is a left circuit too!!! for more information on the "new test" please got to the links page and click DSA or contact me I will be only to happy to help... Recently i have been asked what will happen with the 125cc machine test, As it was before when you passed your test on a 125cc bike you had two years for your lisense to mature then you could ride any bike you wish!!! Now this as of yet has not changed the only thing different as with the direct access "big bike " you will need to take the new style test! Also to add to this the new style test will be compleated in two parts there will be the "Off Road" element then at a later date there will be the "On Road " element! Bookings for the new test will start to be taken as from the 30th of March and will "GO LIVE" from the 28th of April. So ladies and gentlemen if you wish to take the old style test  then you don't have very much time, get in touch through the cotact us page and we will try and fit you in if we can!
............... UPDATE.................... As of todays date 19/03/2009 you will only be able to book the new style test, Unless you can find a cancellation between now and the 27/03/2009.... The new test will be broken up into two parts Module "1" which is the off road section... And Module "2" which will be the road ride it's self! The cost of Module "1" will be set @ £10.00 per test lasting approx 15-20 mins... With Module "2" being set @ £70.00 per test lasting approx 35-40 mins "allowing for traffic & hold ups"... The options available now are as follows...! You can book part "1" & "2" for the same day or they can be booked on seperate dates and times? I would strongly advise that you book two seperate dates for this! the reason being if you are not succesfull at the part "1" stage of test and you have the part "2" booked for the same time / date you will not be able to go out for the road ride element thus loosing your fee of £70.00 for that wheras if you book the two test seperatly you only loose £10.00.. There will be at some stage the facility to have a (practice session at the off road element) but there are issues yet to be resolved with this?
